Standard Returns Policy
You can return most items within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.
In order to process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning an item.
Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition. We will not
honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:
- Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.
- Custom orders.
- Items purchased on sale.
Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item, less
the original shipping fee (if any).
For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured
at your own expense.
Damaged products?
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please
notify us by email : islandofbeads@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction
